- How do guests upload photos to Wedilens?
- Your guests only need to open their camera on their mobile and scan the QR code or tap the link, and they are taken right to the gallery. There, they tap or click the [Upload] button, choose the photos from their gallery, and then confirm.
- How can I share the QR code or link?
- You can share the link in chat groups or event pages. Later in the event, you can show the QR code on the live photo wall or even print it out and place it on the tables or boards.
- Is there a way to download all the photos at once?
- Of course! Anyone managing the event can open the gallery, tap on the three dots, and choose the âDownload all photosâ option. The photos will be in a ZIP file.
- What if our QR code or link gets shared with the wrong people?
- If your QR code or link gets in the wrong hands, you can easily regenerate it in the âSharingâ tab. This way, the previous code will no longer work, so make sure you update your guests!
- What happens after the one-year storage period?
- We will send you a reminder one month and two weeks before your one-year expires so you donât forget anything with us. Also, you can extend the storage period if you want, otherwise, we will erase all the uploaded photos from our databases after the period ends.
- What happens if a guest accidentally uploads the wrong photo? Can they delete it?
- It happens with the best of us, doesnât it? Yes, if they accidentally upload a photo they donât want, they can delete it within 24 hours.
